Founder Enablement: AI, Sales, Entrepreneurship

Starting point

Early-stage founders in the humanitarian sector hit the same walls as everyone else. They underestimate sales. They overestimate product disruption. And they do not know where GenAI fits into their work. As members of an international accelerator for humanitarian startups, we wanted to address these three topics in parallel — with a curriculum suited to resource-constrained teams.

What we did

We developed and delivered three standalone modules within the accelerator format. Founders Trapdoors for entrepreneurial situation assessment. Predictable Revenue as a sales methodology for early-stage teams. GenAI for Founders for practical application guidance beyond the hype. In parallel: one-on-one coaching with ten founders. Format: talk module plus deep-dive in individual sessions. Engagement ongoing since 2023.

What we learned

Early-stage founders do not need more theory — they need structured touchpoints with practitioners. Three compact modules with clear methodology outperform a generic six-month curriculum. A module without one-on-one follow-up dissipates — the coaching layer is the lever.

This is the summary. How we approached it methodologically — which architectural decisions we made, what we discarded and which patterns can be transferred to other contexts — we discuss in a personal conversation.

Not because we want to sell you something. But because this depth is what our clients engage us for — and it does not belong on the open internet.
