Her focus is on M&A and post-merger integration in the fintech and insurance space — at Tink and FinTecSystems she merged corporate structures, built group-wide management systems and harmonized regulatory requirements across multiple markets. Before that, she standardized and internationalized processes and operating models in the insurance industry at wefox. What she brings to the table: the interplay of commercial, finance and governance in complex change processes — and the willingness to sign off on the whole.
