Before building AI systems, he ran commercial operations: sales, operations and process management at C-level for Germany's leading comparison platforms — with teams of over 100 and credit volumes in the hundreds of millions. Today he builds AI systems for document processing in the insurance industry, manages AI portfolios with more than 50 use cases in the food industry, and has founded three companies working at this intersection. Prompt engineering, NER taxonomies, event-sourcing architectures and regulatory compliance (GDPR, DORA, EU AI Act) are not buzzwords to him — they are daily tools.
